Our non-profit strives to develop a compassionate community, that advocates for mental health education, support, and destigmatization. Based on the foundations of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), we refer to our meetings as Mental Health Anonymous (MHA). The founding and followed principles are Service, Unity, and Recovery, just as in AA.
